May 10, 2007 - South Brunswick 15, East Brunswick 9

East Brunswick lost the regular season finale to South Brunswick team in a game that marked the 100th win of South Brunswick coach Mark Ziminski. Scoring for East Brunswick were: Tim Clarke (2 goals), Andrew Mariani (2 goals), Kyle Mascola (2 goals), Bobby Tocco, Jason Gonzalez and Nick Fusco. Ray Lanzi had 11 saves. East Brunswick is now 4-8 for the season.

May 8, 2007 - South Brunswick 15, East Brunswick 14

East Brunswick lost a heart breaker against a very strong South Brunswick team which has only lost one game this season. Scoring for East Brunswick were: Nick Fusco (6 goals), Bobby Tocco (4 goals), Kyle Mascola (2 goals), Andrew Mariani and Tim Clarke. East Brunswick exploded for 7 goals in the first quarter with Kyle Mascola scoring 3 of his four goals during the period. Nick Fusco also scored 4 goals in the game for East Brunswick. The remaining East Brunswick goals were scored by Tim Clarke, Jason Gonzalez, Andrew Mariani and Bobby Tocco. Nick Fusco, Tim Clarke, Jason Gonzalez, Andrew Mariani and Stolzenberg all provided assists for East Brunswick. East Brunswick had a 35-18 advantage on shots taken. East Brunswick is now 4-6 for the season.

East Brunswick rolled over J.P. Stevens on senior night in East Brunswick. Nick Fusco, Bobby Tocco and Jason Gonzalez each scored four goals for East Brunswick. Andrew Mariani, Kyle Mascola and Chris Corona each score 2 goals for the Bears and Tommy Spiotta, Tim Clarke, Randall Nixon, Josh Meyer and Martin Khait all scored a goal for East Brunswick. April 26, 2007 - North Brunswick 7, East Brunswick 6

It could have been a spectacular victory, but East Brunswick came up one goal short after a magnificent come from behind effort to tie up the game at 6 each. Near the end of the third period, East Brunswick trailed 6-1, but exploded with a five unanswered goals to tie the game. Kevin Pursait scored for North Brunswick with 4:33 left in the game and that proved to be the winning goal. Nick Fusco scored three goals for East Brunswick with Bobby Tocco, Andrew Mariani and Kyle Mascola each adding a goal. East Brunswick is now 2-6 for the season. ...For Pictures

East Brunswick got as close as 8-7, but could not quite pull off an upset over St. Joseph. Scoring for East Brunswick were Andrew Mariani (2 goals), Nick Fusco (3 goals), Bobby Tocco and Kyle Mascola. Assists were recorded by Jason Gonzalez, Randall Nixon, Kyle Mascola and Andrew Mariani. Lanzi had 11 saves for the Bears. East Brunswick is now 2-5 for the season.

April 19, 2007 - Old Bridge 5, East Brunswick 3


Old Bridge scored first, but East Brunswick came right back and scored two goals in the second period to gain a 2-1 lead at the half. At the start of the third quarter, Old Bridge scored to tie the game. East Brunswick quickly answered to pull back in front, but then John Felicetti and Ryan Olsen combined for three goals in six minutes to put Old Bridge out in front to stay. Nick Fusco scored two goals for East Brunswick and teammate Bobby Tocco scored the other Bears goal. Andrew Mariani and Jason Gonzalez had assists for East Brunswick. The Bears outshot Old Bridge 19-6. Ray Lanzi had 11 saves for the Bears. East Brunswick is now 2-4 for the season.

April 13, 2007 - East Brunswick 7, Edison 2


Andrew Mariani had a big day with four goals and an assist as the Bears rolled over Edison. Bobby Tocco had a strong showing for East Brunswick registering 2 goals and 2 assists. Tim Clarke also scored a goal for the Bears. Ray Lanzi had 9 saves for the Bears. East Brunswick is now 2-3 for the season.

April 10, 2007 - East Brunswick 9, J.P. Stevens 2


East Brunswick got their first win of the season with a solid victory over J.P. Stevens. The Bears pulled out with a 3-1 lead at the end of the first quarter and added to it with each quarter that followed. Nick Fusco, Bobby Tocco and Moliani each scored two goals for East Brunswick. Jason Gonzalez, Josh Myers and Tim Clarke rounded out the scoring with a goal apiece. Nick Fusco had three assists and Moliani had one assist. Lanzi had 4 saves for the Bears. East Brunswick is now 1-3 for the season.

April 7, 2007 - North Brunswick 13, East Brunswick 3


Anthony Scimone and Mike Curran each scored 4 goals for North Brunswick in a solid victory over East Brunswick. For East Brunswick, goals were scored by Andrew Mariani, Kyle Mascola and Nick Fusco. Mikey Ryan had six saves for the Bears. East Brunswick is now 0-3 for the season.

April 4, 2007 - St. Joseph 12, East Brunswick 8


East Brunswick played a tough St. Joseph team in the driving rain in Metuchen and neither team was able to score for six minutes, but then East Brunswick's Nick Fusco scored two quick goals to put the Bears on top. St. Joseph roared back and scored 7 unanswered goals to take the lead for good. For the day, Nick Fusco had 4 goals and 2 assists. Andrew Mariani of East Brunswick had two goals and two assists, while Bobby Tocco and Josh Meyer rounded out the scoring with a goal apiece. Mikey Ryan had 11 saves for the Bears. East Brunswick is now 0-2 for the season.

April 2, 2007 - Old Bridge 9, East Brunswick 8


East Brunswick lost a dramatic season opener agains Greater Middlesex Conference rival Old Bridge when John Felicetti scored a goal for Old Bridge with just five seconds left in the game. The Bears fell behind 5-3 in the first half and by the end of the third period, it was looking dire at 7-3. East Brunswick then scored four unanswered goals to tie up the game. While the last second goal spoiled the comeback, it was still a good effort by the Bears. Scoring for East Brunswick were Andrew Mariani with four goals and two assists, followed by Nick Fusco with three goals and four assists and Bobby Tocco with one goal and one assist. East Brunswick's Mikey Ryan had 17 saves. East Brunswick is now 0-1 for the season.
